Vermeil Ring Set With Turquoise.
This beautiful and opulent ring, in vermilion silver, is set with turquoises. Slightly oval, it presents in the center a cabochon of turquoise surrounded by eight smaller turquoises and also cut in cabochon. On the ring made of a kind of mesh, and on both sides, is drawn with the help of a cord applied a stylized flower. The ring can be tightened or moved apart as needed, as it currently is, it corresponds to a size 56. A slight wear of the vermeil is to be noted below the ring inside the hand. Late 19th century or early 20th century.
