Early 19th century hunting dagger with flat blade and flat back with central throat with 1 cutting edge of 49 cm and counter edge at a point of 14 cm, marked No. 725 on the heel and red tie. Round brass pommel decorated with melon sides, ebony rocket, ring decorated with frieze and quillon in "S" ending at the end with lion heads. Black leather sheath with 2 brass fittings, the snap ends with a ball, clevis with fastening tab engraved with a lion's head.
