Head cutters sword, called Mandau. Dayak culture, island of Borneo, Indonesia, from the begining 20th century. Wood, vegetable fibers, iron, brass, fabric. Total length: 55cm. Blade length: 36cm. These Mandau short swords are today associated with headhunting ceremonies.
