Very beautiful 18th century wrought iron compass, with riveted square diamond head, with drop in the shape of a fleur-de-lys and stylized heart, similar work on the other side of the compass. Departure from points with moving bodies forming a geometric openwork decoration, an ace of spades, chalice? Length 67 cm. Good general condition, wear consistent with age and use.
