Pewter plate with a molded, round rim.
Hallmark of Nicolas PREAUX, received as a master in 1744: serpentaria / (N.PR)EAUX / (175)1.
Diameter: 33 cm. LISIEUX,
LISIEUX, Before 1780.
In very good condition, some knife marks are present and a suspension ring has been soldered to the reverse.
This master died in 1762, but his widow continued the business with the same hallmark until 1780.
