Painter, watercolourist, draftsman, biographer… He was born in 1938, in Roanne, he is the last of five siblings and the great-grandson of Louis Noirot (draughtsman, painter and lithographer, 1820-1902), of Godefroy de Hagemann (orientalist painter, 1832-1877) and the grandson of our well-known Emile Noirot (landscape painter of Brittany, the forest of Fontainebleau, Provence, Venice, Haute-Loire and the Alps, artist- official painter of the Navy, 1853-1924).
