A bucolic and luminous composition capturing with striking realism the reflections on a river, its dense foliage, and a small stone bridge in the background.
First half of the 20th century.

Superb period frame in carved and gilded wood in the Regency style, adorned with foliage and shells at the corners.
It features its original brass label bearing the artist’s name. A high-quality, signed work.
