Portico Clock With Sphinxes And Bacchus, Directoire Period, Late 18th Century
Portico clock from the Directoire-Empire period (around 1800) in marble (white, red and black) and gilded and patinated bronze, surmounted by two swans and a basin, the dial is supported by two winged sphinxes.
Condition report: very small chip at one corner of the marble.
Gilding in good condition.
