Pair Of Armchairs A La Reine In Walnut, 18th Century
Superb and elegant pair of Regency period armchairs à la Reine. They rest on 4 arched feet finished with a scroll. The very slightly curved front and side crosspieces are fretted and molded and the whiplash armrests are arched and molded. The file ends in a policeman's hat and the whole is covered with a damask straw yellow fabric. Sober work of very good quality in excellent condition, wide and comfortable model
