Late 19th Century Clock Under Its Glass Globe
Alabaster clock, romantic style, from the late 19th century beginning XXème century. The dial is round, surmounted by a flower pot with a bouquet. On the left side a character dressed in the manner of the 18th century carries a sword at the side. He holds a parchment in his right hand. It rests on a blackened wooden base. The whole is surmounted by a glass globe. Good condition. The clock works but needs a service. Dimension of the globe: 31.5 cm high for 62.5 cm in perimeter at sight. Dimensions of the base: 4.2 cm high for 70 cm in perimeter. Dimensions of the clock at sight. 21.5 cm wide by 26 cm high.
