"Important Bouillotte Lamp In Silver Metal, Louis XVI Taste - Late Nineteenth"
Bouillotte lamp in Louis XVI style, topped with a sheet metal lampshade, conical shape and Empire Green color. This first element, removable and adjustable in height, is embellished on its high and low ends with a golden border. This Good illuminates with three arms of Light. Each of them is composed of a fake Candle, in which the bulb is screwed, and which is installed in a grooved Chalice. The latter is itself placed in a Bobèche Perlée. These three branches, Curves and Ouvragées, are connected to a central barrel with Perlées friezes and Grooves. This Lamp rests in a Round Cup with Decors reminiscent of those of Candlesticks. The central rod, of square section, is topped with a Removable Ring in Silver Metal. It is on this axis of 44 cm that we can position the lampshade at the chosen height, thanks to a tightening screw hidden in what looks like the end of a guitar. We will appreciate this functionality specific to Bouillottes Lamps, which allows you to adjust the intensity of the lighting, simply by sliding the Lampshade. Work, dining or subdued atmosphere: this pretty 150-year-old luminaire will adapt to the context and the moment.
