Important Sheath In Solid Walnut, Neo-gothic Style - Late Nineteenth

Important Sheath in solid Walnut in the Neo-Gothic style topped with a square section top. This is embellished in its Perimeter with a Molding and Scalloped decorations in Half-Fleurons, with Leaves at the corners. The lower part, with a concave shape, is embellished with grooved friezes. Below, this Bolster presents in Protuberance Large Friezes with Gadroon motifs, flanked in their corners by a Beautiful Falling Acanthus Leaf. This exhibit is built on four sides, slightly narrowed at the bottom. The latter present beautiful decorations with knockouts, exposing a Half-Fleuron garnished with Petals, Scrolls and descending Scrolls. The Set rests on a Generously Moulded, Projecting Shower Base, Elegantly ending its Silhouette. This Sheath at Support Height will undoubtedly be noticed for its beautiful Manufacture and its Solidity. Faithful to its traditional function, it can serve as a Repository for a Decorative object, or be installed in a vestibule, like a Vide Poche.
