Auguste Moreau (1834 - 1917)
Auguste Moreau is the son of the sculptor Jean- Baptiste-Louis-Joseph Moreau and the younger brother of the sculptors Hippolyte Moreau and Mathurin Moreau.
He is buried in the municipal cemetery of Lilas.
Auguste Moreau produced mainly art bronzes. Several of his works are kept at the Musée des Beaux-arts de Troyes and at the Museum of Fine Arts in Bordeaux.
