Nepal, early 19th century, rare and very beautiful bronze altar dedicated to Bodhisattva Sadaksari Lokeshvara represented in a niche, seated on a lotus throne, his arms holding his attributes. The side columns of the niche contain various representations of animals. The top is adorned with a monster holding a snake in its mouth and flanked by two water dragons (Makara).
