Magnificent "Egoïste" Art Deco teapot in hammered silver 950 ‰ and Macassar ebony. It's called ‘Egoïste’ in French as it holds roughly one large cup or two small cups of tea. Hence the connotation of "selfish". It has a side handle and its cover with a so-called “bayonet” closure. Weight 440 grams.
