Beautiful pair of candlesticks in chiseled bronze and gilded with mercury, the set begins with a tripod base lion's paw and shank on plinth followed by a leafy barrel, acanthus leaves, palms, the cup is decorated with ovals and lilies; the Binet of acanthus leaves and flowers; the heart ray bobèche. The set is made up of 8 independent parts, a guarantee of quality. The mercury gilding is superb, mat and shiny (polished with Agathe) entirely cleaned by a master bronzier.
