Eight Candied Jars In Glazed Earth Landes XIXth Century
Eight candied earthenware jars from southwest France, 19th century. This set consists of pots of different sizes whose varnished ivory interior allowed food to be stored in fat, the exterior receives a nuanced yellow cover in its upper part and remains untreated in its base part. Beautiful decorative set, with irregular shapes and lines give them a lot of charm. Good used condition, some gaps in the cover, égrenures, fels, four were drilled in the bottom.
