Bright and detailed watercolor of the Vesta temple in Rome seen from S. Maria de Cosmedin. On the right we see the temple of Fortuna Virile, in the middle a fountain with basin supported by two tritons and in the background the Vatican dominated by the cupola of Saint Peter. It is signed "V.Sili" and framed in a gilded wood frame.The all in very good condition.
