She may not be a beauty, but she is magnificently adorned, this German aristocrat whose name, title, and coat of arms are found on the back of this lovely Louis XIV period portrait. She is Anna Maria Muellerin von Freyburg auf Undercastl. Both sides of this oil on copper are in excellent condition, as is its giltwood frame.
