Pendulum Of The Consulate Period, Early 19th Century
Rare clock with an architectural decor of the Consulate (Return from Egypt), end of 18th century-beginning of the 19th century.
The lower part consists of a chimney framed by two griffins, and decorated with two andirons in the shape of an oil lamp. At the bottom of this fireplace, a small valet kneeling cleans the plate.
Condition report: Very good condition. Traces of use on the gilding. Small glaze on the enamel at the left winding socket. Revised by our watchmaker.
