17th-century Paneled Cabinet, Blond Oak, île-de-france
Louis XIV blonde oak cabinet originating from the Île-de-France region.
The lower section features two front doors concealing two drawers (originally used for storing silverware) and a shelf. The upper section also has two front doors, inside which are three shelves with a slight curved edge. The interior of the upper section is waxed wood.
The cabinet is secured with screw fastenings, a method typical of this region.
