Elegant French rattle-whistle from the Napoleon III period, made entirely of silver, in the style of 18th-century models.
It features rich openwork decoration of chiseled scrolls and foliage, embellished with movable bells. The slightly bulging silver handle tapers to a rounded tip. At the opposite end, a whistle completes this early childhood object.
French hallmark featuring a boar’s head and a silversmith’s mark.

Condition: Beautiful antique condition. All bells are present. The whistle is in good condition. A few small tooth marks on the handle, indicating its use.
