Wall-mounted Mirror Made Of Walnut Wood

A richly carved walnut wall mirror from Northern Europe, dating from the mid-19th century. The frame is distinguished by its undulating and imposing silhouette, enhanced by rich and elegant relief decoration. Finely carved plant scrolls and spiral motifs run along the entire outline. At the center of the cornice stands a carved anthropomorphic face—a mask of delightfully eclectic style. An oval mirror occupies the center of the composition. The back retains the original panel.
