Set Of 6 Provençal Louis XVI Chairs Made Of Painted And Straw-covered Wood – 18th Century

An elegant set of six Provençal chairs from the Louis XVI period, dating from the 18th century, preserved in their original condition.

These chairs feature charming, slightly curved three-bar backrests, straight uprights, and turned legs joined by crossbars.

Their straw-seated seats, characteristic of Provençal furniture, are accompanied by red fabric cushions, providing a lovely contrast to the original paint in shades of grayish white.
