Jules René Hervé, Paris, Oil On Canvas, Impressionist, Children, Framed, Montparnasse, Benezit
Artist: Jules René Hervé
Oil on canvas by Jules René HERVÉ depicting a lively Parisian scene featuring nuns out for a walk and children in front of the gate of a beautiful, tree-lined property, bathed in sunlight.
The Impressionist brushwork is lively and vibrant, perfectly capturing the light of the day.
The work is enhanced by its original frame: a Montparnasse frame made of carved and stuccoed wood, which adds great charm and depth to the piece.
The painting is signed in the lower right corner.
In impeccable condition, this charming painting is ready to hang.
