Pierre Godar, Landscape Of Savoie.
This luminouswinter landscape, painted by Pierre Godar, presents us with a snow-covered valleyunder a pristine blue sky unmarred by a single cloud. In theforeground, an emerald-green stream winds through thewhite expanses, guiding the eye toward a few brown wooden chaletsscattered here and there. In the background, the rugged peakscatch the sunlight, while bluish shadowsgently envelop the landscape. The work captures with simplicityand precision the clarity, silence, and crispness of awinter day in the mountains.
