Brown Pure Wool Coat, Bearskins Style. 1950s/60s. Made In England
Brown pure virgin wool coat, treated and styled in the "Bearskins" (fur caps) style worn by the British Royal Guards. The coat dates from the 1950s/60s and features a flared cut that provides a beautiful drape, a very stylish look, and ease of movement.
It looks great with a belt to accentuate the waist and create a more structured silhouette. Listed as a size 42 (from that era) but fits sizes 38 to 42 today.
The coat is incredibly soft and feels just like fur to the touch.
Length: 113 cm
Made in England.
Note: There is just a very small come-undone seam on the inside of the upper sleeve (see photos).
