A Japanese naval officer's saber from World War II, manufactured at the Toyokawa Arsenal. All parts are stamped with the number 31. The scabbard is made of black stingray leather. There are signs of wear on the scabbard and the tsuka. There are traces of polishing on the blade, which is in very good condition.
