An elegant table oil and vinegar set in vermeil silver, accompanied by two finely ribbed crystal cruets. The openwork design is embellished with female busts, palmette motifs, serpentine elements, and animal-paw feet. The central shaft culminates in an elegant ring-shaped handle modeled after a serpent. Hallmarks are present on the silver. French manufacture, 19th century.
