An elegant cabinet from eastern France, made of solid walnut and oak and dating from the late 18th century, featuring remarkable relief carving.
The walnut front is adorned with rich, finely executed decorative motifs of flowers, scrolls, and foliage.
The two doors with molded panels are framed by a central carved floral motif,
while the upper transom is lavishly decorated with floral garlands.
The lower section features two drawers on the front, each fitted with their original lock holes
and bronze knobs.
The interiors are well-maintained and varnished.
It is fitted with several shelves on the left side and a hanging rail on the right,
making it perfectly suited for use in a contemporary home.
The piece rests on curved legs and retains a beautiful, warm patina that highlights the quality of the wood.
