Large Art Nouveau Powder Box, Baccarat or Saint-Louis Crystal, with Solid Silver and Vermeil Lid

Magnificent vintage Art Nouveau toiletries box or powder box from the late 19th to early 20th century.
Lid: Solid silver with richly detailed Rocaille Art Nouveau decoration featuring scrolls, flowers, and musical instruments; interior gilded with vermeil.
Bears its original hallmarks: the goldsmith’s diamond-shaped master’s mark and the hallmark of guarantee.
Molded and engraved crystal with floral motifs and a star-cut background. Crystal of very fine quality, reminiscent of pieces by Baccarat or Saint-Louis—unsigned, as was often the case during this period.
Dimensions: Height: 9 cm | Diameter: 14 cm.
In very good overall condition, showing normal signs of use. Beautiful patina on the silver and lovely gilding on the interior vermeil—see photos.
A refined piece, ideal for collectors or as a charming decorative item.
