Guillerme Et Chambron Modular Oak Table Modernist Rare 1950 Calvados Model

Modernist oak table by Robert Guillerme and Jacques Chambron.
This is the very first version of the "Calvados" model—the most streamlined iteration—characterized by a minimalist base featuring legs that finish in a simple curve on the inner side.
Another distinctive feature of this piece is the design of the asymmetrical tabletop, which includes a rounded side—a particularly rare detail.

The table consists of three blackened oak sections that slide along the light oak frame, creating a striking graphic contrast. Its modular design allows the length to be adjusted according to your needs simply by removing the central section.

Condition: The table is sound, sturdy, and perfectly stable. It is in excellent condition, showing moderate signs of use and a beautiful patina.
