Pol Chambost (1906-1983) Graduated from the School of Applied Arts in Industry in 1925, he worked for Maurice Dufrène, then worked in the family workshop in Ivry-sur-Seine where he quickly innovated thanks to a gas oven, then in 1936 an electric oven.
