Vendée Commode Dite Corsair Louis XIV From The Period In Carved Solid Oak
Louis XIV Vendée chest of drawers from the 18th century, called corsair, in solid oak with original waxed finish. Domed medallions framed by draperies carved in high relief in the thickness of the drawer fronts. Bronze pull handles and keyholes decorated with foliage and flowers. Condition: good general condition with presence of wear and surface marks consistent with the age of the furniture. No passage of insects. Some old restorations, in particular the bottom of the rear feet. The locks are present but not the keys. Ready to use. Dimensions: L 118.8cm D 60.2cm H 85.9cm Other photos available on request.
