Carved walnut armchair of Genoese manufacture, datable to the third quarter of the 18th century. The frame follows the formal vocabulary of the Louis XV style: shaped cartouche back, scrolled armrests, front seat rail carved with rocaille motifs and a central flower, cabriole legs with carved decoration at the knees. The carving, of good quality, features foliate and rocaille motifs distributed along the uprights and cresting rail. The brick-red velvet upholstery is in good condition
