Base: Crafted from solid, very high-quality Daum crystal. The sculptural, openwork hull-shaped base creates a magnificent play of light thanks to its transparency and its fluid, dynamic lines.
Lampshade: The original lampshade is designed to evoke the image of sails. It consists of two asymmetrical panels of textured fabric in ecru/off-white (likely linen or heavy cotton), encasing a slender gold-plated brass rod. Its pointed shape accentuates the object’s elegance and sense of movement.
Signature: The lamp is signed “Daum France,” engraved with a stylus at the base of the stand and on the original plug.
