Louis XIII-style Wooden Dresser With Fruit Motifs And Miscellaneous Decorations, 1-door Cabinet, Diamond-shaped Nails

A beautiful Louis XIII-style chest of drawers or single-door cabinet that opens with a door on the front.
It rests on two ball-shaped legs in the front and two straight legs in the back.
The door is beautifully crafted and consists of three panels carved with diamond-point motifs.
The sides are paneled.
This piece features several types of wood: cherry (particularly on the front), oak, and various other woods for the rest of the cabinet.
The interior of this piece is lined with a patterned fabric on a red background (please note a few stains).
The back panels are very thick.
A beautifully crafted piece from the 19th century incorporating older components.
Please note: The two rear legs have been shortened by approximately five centimeters; the two ball-shaped feet, as well as the base molding above them, have been restored.
The lock is original and works perfectly.
