Published in a large In-12 volume from 1742: “The Office of Holy Week,” in Latin and French, according to the usage of Rome and Paris, following the new breviary, the seven Penitential Psalms, the Litany of the Saints, and the Prayers for Confession and Communion, drawn from Holy Scripture. In Paris, published by the Widow Cuissart, rue Neuve Notre-Dame, at the Good Shepherd. A.D. 1742.  (1742); beautiful full red morocco binding, ribbed spine decorated with gilt ironwork featuring thistles in the panels, gilt title, covers with triple fillets, decorated corners, marbled interior friezes and endpapers, gilt edges. A fine binding typical of the reign of Louis XV.
