"very Large Art Deco Desk"

“LargeArt Deco Desk” : oak and oak veneer, 77 x 151 x 90 cm !
This imposing desk is very practical—I know a thing or two about it since it used to bein our home !
But my wife redesigned the space, and so…
Admittedly, the more space you have, the more you tend to put things on it, quickly turning this large tabletop into a real mess—but atleast, when I was doing the monthly bookkeeping, I could always find allmy papers…
With an almost Jansenist rigor, its somewhat masculine simplicity doesn’t exclude a certain elegance.
Don’t mind the lighter spots: I photographed it in the garden under the cherry tree, and the sun was shining through the foliage.
No shipping via the Post Office !
