Large white porcelain dish with enamel decoration, typical of the Qing Dynasty, specifically the Kangxi period (1662–1722).
Central design: a lively scene depicting a deer and a crane (traditional Chinese symbols of longevity and good fortune) near a red bridge, bamboo, a flowering plum tree, and a bonsai pine set on a rock.
On the rim: a frieze alternating between floral motifs and scrollwork, enamelled in shades of green, iron red, and touches of eggplant and blue.
Very good condition, no restorations.
Small chips along the edge of the marli.
On the reverse, blue marks indicating the sample number within two circles.
