A superb cylindrical wrought-iron coffee grinder, mounted on a sturdy box made of thick tôle hammer shaped in a blacksmith’s forge.
Equipped with a particularly  powerful grinding mechanism, this grinder features a large, wide-diameter grinding wheel that ensures efficient grinding. Its whimsical collection bowl, shaped like a fluted cake pan, crowns the top; it is made of thick metal.
This famous “strawberry collar” is typical of certain Swedish or Scandinavian models and gives it a unique presence.
Inside the bowl, you can clearly see the large star-shaped grinding wheel as well as the two impressive mounting screws that reinforce assembly.
The curved crank handle is adorned with a small knob turned from boxwood.
Particularly airtight, this grinder keeps the ground coffee securely in its hopper.
It has a large capacity, holding at least one pound of ground coffee.
