It is adorned with magnificent polychrome printed bands in shades of carmine red, sky blue, and gold, running the entire length of the tablecloth, creating a very refined look characteristic of the beautiful reception tables of that era.

The damask features an elegant design of foliage and flowers that is visible depending on the light.

The tablecloth is in very good condition:

• no tears,
• no wear,
• no holes,
• only three small clustered stains (see photos).

It has been washed, ironed, and carefully starched, ready for use or to be added to a collection of antique linens.
