Small knife with a straight, single-edged blade, whose tang is carved from a short section of reindeer antler and adorned with an engraved reindeer head. Its sheath consists of two riveted pieces of hornbeam wood, slightly curved and tapering at the ends—one side is engraved with a lively scene depicting a man in his sleigh, pulled by a reindeer, while the other side is engraved with: “Finland.”
The upper part of the sheath features a sewn-on piece of hide, used as a suspension loop.
