These elegant vases feature a refined decoration of Japanese-inspired scenes, finely hand-painted, which were very much in vogue in the 19th century under the influence of Japonism. Each vase features a different design on the front and back, depicting lively landscapes with figures, architecture, and scenes of exotic daily life, all executed with great finesse.
