Late 18th Century Louis XVI Blond Walnut Drop-off Table With Inlays
Refined solid blond walnut drop-off table with inlays. The piece features a linear shape, with bracket feet and four drawers on the front, which open with pulls and keys in lost-wax cast bronze. The drop-off table features a hinged door on the top, revealing additional storage space. Inside, there are two drawers and three shelves, one of which opens to reveal a secret compartment, which in turn hides two additional small secret drawers. Its elegance is further enhanced by the inlay decoration, which creates geometric patterns on the front and sides. This is a piece of furniture of great taste and refinement, capable of adding a touch of class and antiquity to any space. Tuscan manufacture, from the Louis XVI period, around the end of the 18th century.
