He exhibited regularly in Italian galleries during the last quarter of the 19th century, sending his works primarily to Milan (1874, Interior of the Church of Santa Maria dei Frari; 1881, *Popolana*; 1885, *Toward Evening, Calm*; 1890, *Head of a Young Girl*; 1893, *Idyll*), Turin (1879, *Buranelle*; 1884, Autumn), Rome (1883), and Venice (1887, Venetian Types). Other works by him were exhibited in Trieste (1876, 1880, 1882, 1890).
