The Renaissance decoration features a poly-lobed handle finished with a mascaron and ornamentation inspired by the great French goldsmiths of the 16th and 17th centuries.
Both blades are marked:
"CHRISTOFLE STERLING FRANCE"

- Minerve hallmark first title; - Christofle goldsmith's diamond hallmark.
Second knife:
- Christofle 925 hallmark.
