Steel blade with border and ferrule with belt loop. Steel handle decorated with flowers.

Bifid-shaped butt.

Note:
- Trench knife/hunting knife was an essential tool for hunters and butchers of the time.
- This type of knife was used both for butchering and for making clean cuts during the hunt, as well as for preparing meat.

Reference: Similar to Kunskammer Georg Laue page 60 (“hunting cleaver” c.1650).
