Carpet Tabriz Indo-persian 368x275 Cm
Indo-Tabriz carpet inspired by the great Persian designs.
This Indo Tabriz rug is inspired by the famous creations of the city of Tabriz, renowned for their refinement and rich floral compositions. Its decoration features a sumptuous central medallion in terracotta and ivory hues, set against a deep midnight-blue field that highlights a profusion of finely drawn scrolls, flowers and palmettes.
The entire rug is organized around a particularly harmonious symmetrical composition. The richly ornamented spandrels echo the floral motifs in the center, creating a remarkable visual balance. The wide main border, in warm shades of brick and beige, is decorated with an elegant sequence of stylized flowers and foliage inspired by traditional Persian art.
The color palette finely combines navy blue, ivory, beige, celadon and terracotta tones, offering a refined contrast that works equally well in classic and contemporary interiors. The density of the decoration and the quality of execution testify to the expertise of the Indo-Persian workshops, renowned for their faithful reproductions of the great Tabriz designs.
This rug seduces with its timeless elegance, its rich floral decoration and its remarkable decorative presence.
Size : 368x275 cm
Condition : Some light wear stains. Some wool spots visible throughout the rug, remaining discreet. Worn edges. Last blue border worn on one side, as well as bangs on that same side (see photos with tape measure).
The bangs have opened on about 42 cm, it is recommended not to vacuum this area and to position it preferably under a piece of furniture to avoid any additional wool outflow.
Despite these wear defects, the rug remains in good overall condition, solid and perfectly suited to continue its decorative life for many years.
