Painter, watercolorist, draughtsman. Millard (Paris July 29, 1872 - Paris January 18, 1946) was professor of drawing and artistic anatomy at the Ecole Boulle. He exhibited with the Indépendants from 1905 to 1939, as well as with the Peintres de la Montagne, the Fédération française des Artistes, the Artistes Français since 1895, the Galerie Georges Petit (1901-1903), the Salon des Jeunes (1919-1920), the Cercle des Gobelins since 1910, and in many provincial towns. Primarily a landscape painter, he later specialized in watercolors. His studio at 189 rue Ordener opened in August 1932, and in June 1933 he took part in the first Montmartre aux Artistes exhibition.
